Registration For Participation

On our website you can register yourself if you want to start using our app. Registering on the website is necessary to use our app and thus our services, therefore the processing is necessary for the performance of the agreement.

For this purpose, we process the following personal data:

• Birth date

• Gender

We keep your personal data for up to two years after enrollment. 

Creating an Account

You can create an account in the app once you are chosen to participate. Registering and creating the account is necessary to use app and thus our services, therefore the processing is necessary for the performance of the agreement. 

For this purpose, we process the following personal data:

• Name

• Email address

• Date of birth

• Gender

• Length 

• Weight

• Photo

We keep your personal data for as long as you use our service or for up to two years after inactivity. After two years of inactivity, we assume that you no longer use our service. We keep some data longer if we are legally obliged to do so, for example because of the tax retention obligation of 7 years. 

Contact

When you fill in the online contact form, send an e-mail message, contact us by telephone or contact us in any other way, you accept our offer to get in touch with us. This processing is therefore necessary for the performance of the agreement. 

For this purpose, we process the following personal data:

• Any personal data you enter yourself as the content of a message

We will keep your data for as long as necessary for this contact or for up to two years after we last had contact with you, because we want to make sure we have handled your question or complaint properly. 

Commercial Messaging

MANA sends you commercial communications, in the form of digital newsletters. Through the website you can sign up for our commercial communications. If we approach you as an existing customer with offers on our own and similar products and/or services, we do so based on legitimate interest. If you are not an existing customer, or if the commercial communication does not concern our own and similar products and/or services, we will only send it with your permission. 

For this purpose, we process the following personal data:

We will keep your personal data until you unsubscribe from commercial communications again. You can unsubscribe from these communications at any time. Each newsletter contains an unsubscribe link.
